This is a beautiful Hoover Standard in Gold Striated plastic. It's in excellent, close to like-new condition. It has been used. Button filler. The nib is a 14 Kt Warranted Fine Flex. 4 7/8", 125 mm. Hoover was sold by a Danish distributer, Miller, who imported the pens from Germany where they were made by Mertz und Krell.
