Parker 45 in Brushed Steel and Green (Pen 2190)

Nib: Steel Fine

The Parker 45 began it's life as a model in around 1957, when it was designed by Wahl-Eversharp just before their acquisition by Parker. Parker kept the 45 in production for many years - until 2006. They were the fountain pens I gave to my kids to persuade them that fountain pens were fun. This one has a brushed steel cap, a green barrel, and an aerometric converter. The nib is a fine steel nib. Excellent condition. 5 3/8", 137 mm.
