The Sheaffer Valor was introduced in 2006. It has a classic Sheaffer inlaid nib on a firmly heavy pen. They were made in Italy for Sheaffer as a flagship for the company. It's very well made, very solid, and the 14 kt palladium plated fine point nib is smooth. Cartridge/converter filler. In excellent condition. A larger size pen: 5 7/8", 150 mm.
