This is an enormous hard rubber Dunn Camel. The red filling knob appears to be a replacement, but it the pen works well - I've been using it regularly for journaling. The hard rubber is in great shape, and it's a very pretty plain black pen. Martin Ferguson restored the filler, and it works well. Probably dates to the mid-1920s. 6", 153 mm
