Perfecto was a German Company. This is a medium sized black piston filler and a medium flexible steel nib from a Hoover Pen (a Danish maker). Good imprint. Light wear with no real brassing. One short scratch on the barrel. Probably late 1940s-50s. 5", 128 mm.
