The Sheaffer Targa is a workhorse pen, solidly built but still very attractive. This one is a brushed steel example with very little wear (a bit of wear in the barrel from where the cap posted). It's a cartridge/converter filler, and has an aerometric converter included. Used. From an estate. 5 1/4", 136 mm.
