Pelikan 400NN
|
Dating from 1956-1965 or so, the Pelikan 400NN is a nicely
made piston filler. The barrel is translucent, so the ink level is easy to
monitor. This one is in great shape - nearly new looking. Nib is a 14C fine.
5 1/4", 132 mm.
Price: $200 inclusive of S/H/I

Sheaffer Pen for Men V
|
Beautiful PFM V in very good condition. Has three engraved
initials (JRE) on the clip. Mild wear from use (like where the cap slides
over the barrel), but with no brassing or serious flaws. Fine nib. Snorkel
filler works as it should. 5 3/8", 137 mm.
Price: $375 inclusive of S/H/I

Pelikan 100N Set
|
This Pelikan set dates from around 1938-39, although it looks
like it was made yesterday. Note the transparency of the barrel. I did a
little cosmetic work on the cap - but you shouldn't notice (that's the point!).
Medium 14 kt nib bordering on oblique (there's good fine-medium line width
variation. The pencil works well. Pen is 4 3/4", 120 mm.
Price: $375 inclusive of S/H/I

|
English Parker Arrow
|
Not the fanciest of English Parkers, but in great condition. Nib is steel and I'd call it a fine-medium.
Cartridge converter (piston-type). Excellent condition.
Price: $50 inclusive of S/H/I

|
Wood Barrel Waterman LeMan 100
|
A big pen that's made out of wood (olive?). Cartridge-converter.
Medium 18 kt. two tone nib.
5 5/8", 144 mm. These were very expensive collectors items
originally, but the wood stains with ink, as you can see below the nib and at
the end of the barrel. If you don't mind the staining, the wood has a very
warm feel, and it's a great writer.
Price: $175 inclusive of S/H/I

ECO Pelikan Clone
|
This Pelikan copy is actually an excellent pen on its own.
I know nothing about ECO, but this one has a medium flex nib. It's a piston
filler. The hardware is in very good condition, with a little brassing of
the cap band.
5", 125 mm. (ignore the water droplets on the nib - I rinsed it before
shooting and clearly forgot to wipe the water off.)

Parker Premier
|
Parker's top-of-the-line 75 copy. French. Copper and black
lacquer over brass (I believe). Probably more of a user than show piece because
there's one area on the cap where the lacquer is a bit worn. By my age,
you can't see it without a loupe, but you can feel it. And light doesn't
reflect as well. Fine 18 kt nib.
5 1/4", 135 mm. Cartridge/Converter
Price: $125 inclusive of S/H/I

Blue Marbled Conklin Symetrik - Modern
|
One of Conklin's modern re-creations of a classic pen. This pen is pretty, but the cap bands and clip have lost some plating,
as you can see in the photos. The nib is a surprisingly nice 14 kt fine. Very smooth.... The blue plastice is gorgeous - lots of sparkles.
Cartridge/converter. 5 1/2", 140 mm.
Price: $60 inclusive of S/H/I

Mont Blanc Generation
|
A gorgeous forest green MB for everyday use. Virtually mint. Light weight,
but a nice writer with a fine-medium 18kg nib. Cartridge Converter. 5 1/2", 140 mm.
(I'm afraid my fluorescent lights don't do green justice - this is slightly on the teal side of English racing green.)
Price: $225 inclusive of S/H/I

A nearly new Conway Stewart 100 (modern) with a Deb Kinney prepared

English Parker Slimfold "Set"
|
English made Slimfold fountain pen and ball point in dark blue. In truth, I don't think they're a set,
just very close. So close I'm selling them together.
The fountain pen has a Parker 21-like aerometric filler. Medium 14 kt nib. Both work. No major flaws - just desk wear. FP: 5", 125 mm.
Price: $75 inclusive of S/H/I

Omas Emotica
|

An interesting Omas with a matte finish and clip that converts into a stand. Titanium nib - fine.
Nearly new with box and papers. Cartridge/Converter. 5 3/4", 147 mm. An unusual large pen
that works well and will clearly draw comments!
Price: $300 inclusive of S/H/I

Beautiful Large Italian Celluloid
|
Very petty black and white celluloid. Wide and long. 5 1/2", 140 mm. Body says "Atlantica".
Nib says "Vereletta Extra Iridio 4".
However, like many steel nibs of that era, the flex is very nice - fine to very broad. The pen is a lever filler.
Price: $125 inclusive of S/H/I

Parker Brocade Ringtop - Gold-filled

There's no way an image can do this one justice, the light, lacey
etching. Flexible fine, Vac-like arrow nib. Button filler. 4 3/8", 110 mm. Great condition.

|
Waterman 552 1/2 - 14 Kt Gold Ladies Filagree
|
This gold filagree Waterman is in beautiful shape, not engraved with initials or a name.
The nib is a fine flex, with serious flex. There's some wear to the end of the barrel as a result of posting,
and a few dents to the lip at the end of the barrel (pretty minor - probably also the result of posting).
There are no other problems with the overlay - it's gorgeous. This is a truly beautiful pen that you're
likely to use, given the superb flex nib.
Price: $300 inclusive of S/H/I
